The EPC telehealth application further differentiates Elite Patient Care as the foremost and most complete provider of post-acute care services. The technology will support our continued efforts to improve access to healthcare and further securing the best outcomes for our patients and our partners. EPC telehealth provides Elite Patient Care the technological platform to provide a full suite of transitional care services in any care setting. This telehealth application enables post-acute facilities staff and their patients to perform a telemedicine visit with a premiere Elite Patient Care clinician. The facility staff member will log into the application and assist the patient to enter a clinical intake form. After this information is entered, the facility staff and patient will be joining a virtual waiting room. A notification will be sent to the on-call Elite Patient Care clinician. The clinician will in turn log into the EPC telehealth application and be able to preview the in-take form input by the facility/patient and then connect with the facility/patient. Following functionalities are available to the users of this application during the telemedicine session: -mute/unmute microphone -mute/unmute video -end call -disable/enable the my-view screen -preference settings -edit and view free note entries (*only available to clinician) -view list of patients in the virtual waiting room (*only available to clinician).

Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
